We acquired this building in 2019 and by 2021 we had completed all consents, full strengthening to 80%NBS and conversion of the building into 10 character apartments and one retail unit. All units sold to owner occupiers.

We constructed a new extension to the rear elevation of the building to enable the strengthening of the rear façade, and to provide comfortable double-glazed lounges to the six apartments fronting Pringle Lane.

The strengthening involved ground anchors, new ground beams, new ply floor diaphragms, substantial shear walls and two large steel portal frames incorporating a steel diaphragm in the upper level loft space.
