Havana Coffee Roastery

We project managed and carried out the strengthening of this art deco building to 70% NBS.

We worked closely with the tenant and landlord to keep the roastery operational while works were carried out. The strengthening was completed within 3.5 months, and we then project managed the process of bringing the building into the modern BWOF compliance system.

The strengthening consisted of ground anchors, EBF steel frames, ground beams, shear walls, and concealed angled column ties.
