The Maguires team completed this conversion and strengthening project on time and on budget, to an exceptional standard.
The project consists of 16 studio apartments, 4 two bedroom apartments, 2 penthouses, and a large high-stud retail space fronting Manners St and Luke’s Lane. We also completed strengthening to 80% NBS.
Maguire project-managed the consultant team throughout the build, significantly easing client workload.
We installed an innovative Bluetooth-controlled electric hoist arrangement in the lift shaft to enable all material movements. The hoist was removed after the last kitchens were delivered, allowing the new passenger lift to be installed and commissioned in time for handover.
