We acquired this building in 2022. This heritage building is 34% NBS (not earthquake prone), but is need of full renovation and strengthening. We are currently in the planning stage to strengthen to 80% NBS and upgrade to high quality character space incorporating office, Peter McLeavey Gallery, and shared space for the creative community with ground floor retail.
