49 Boulcott St
Maguire are currently strengthening and converting 49 Boulcott St into 80 apartments for The Wellington Company. The project requires strengthening works to 12 of the 17 floors to improve the hollowcore floor slabs and bring the building to 80% NBS. The apartments will range between 1 and 3 bedrooms and become an exciting addition to Wellington City Council’s Te Kāinga portfolio.
